Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at People Dimension. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling IT products and services to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Sell IT products and/or infrastructure management services to new and existing clients
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Account Management
    • Manage and maintain existing client relationships
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IT products and services
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Track and analyze sales performance and client engagement
    • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management

Requirements

  • Proven sales and business development experience in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
