Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (Amazon PPC) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing client relationships, ensuring brands thrive on Amazon.

This role requires a data-driven approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and our internal PPC teams, helping brands scale through strategic Amazon advertising
  • Analyze Amazon Business Reports, Advertising Reports, and other relevant data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Oversee advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance as needed
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align Amazon PPC efforts with broader brand strategies
  • Present performance reports and actionable insights to clients regularly
Requirements:
  • Experience with Amazon PPC – worked as an Amazon PPC Manager, Brand Manager, or at an Amazon advertising agency
  • Strong analytical abilities and ability to interpret Amazon data
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, Google Data Studio, and Amazon Advertising tools
  • Experience with Amazon seller tools such as Helium10, DataDive, and Brand Analytics
  • Business-savvy with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Experience leading marketing efforts and optimizing brand positioning strategies is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
