About the RoleThis is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil, Portugal, and Spain. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you'll work directly with our Retention Marketing Manager to execute data-driven email and SMS strategies for our clients.
- You will be responsible for writing, proofing, and scheduling email and SMS campaigns on a daily basis.
- On a monthly basis, you'll develop creative campaign concepts for your client's retention marketing calendars.
We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who is passionate about developing creative email and SMS marketing copy that drives loyalty and lifetime value for e-commerce clients. You should have experience working in Klaviyo or a similar ESP and be passionate about marketing, particularly in the DTC and e-commerce industries.
- You have 2-4 years of work experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, e-commerce, etc.
- Past experience working at an agency or with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers is necessary.
- You are enthusiastic, passionate, and creative, thriving on thinking outside the box to create new best-in-class customer experiences.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex ideas to various audiences.
