  • Sales Strategy Execution: Execute sales strategy with support from the Head of Sales, focusing on profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new marketspaces and market disruptions in private and public sectors across the respective territory.
  • Partnership Development: Develop and drive partnerships with key stakeholders such as agencies, government officials, and corporates.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage, collaborate, and leverage learnings of key colleagues to ensure regional strategy and landscape understanding.
  • Brand Credibility: Ensure personal and brand credibility in the marketplace through regular interaction with stakeholders and customers.
  • Thought Leadership: Position Pearson as a thought leader in Higher Education and lobby institutions where necessary to see benefits of Pearson portfolio.
  • Innovation: Identify and facilitate new product and service innovation using agile approach and market insights.
  • Project Implementation: Present and facilitate implementation of all new business projects across the territory.
