Job Purpose

To contribute to the success of the Client Coverage team at Nedbank by providing expert support to clients across the Power and Infrastructure, and Automotives, Transport, Freight and Logistics portfolio. This involves developing a deep understanding of industry trends and legislation, identifying business leads and potential risks, and providing strategic analysis to inform business and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and legislation to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Teams and Sector Forum to develop and implement business and sales strategies.
  • Provide high-quality presentations and proposals to clients and internal forums, incorporating historical financial analysis, financial modelling, and debt scoping.
  • Deploy internal MIS tools to conduct client financial contribution and sector portfolio performance analysis, and generate ideas to increase revenue.
  • Support the building and maintaining of external and internal stakeholder relationships through engagement, understanding, and delivering solutions consistently to meet client needs.
Essential Qualifications

Business-related degree and relevant industry experience.

  • Data analysis and governance, risk, and controls.
  • Industry trends and communication techniques.
