Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Finance Manager in Pretoria. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the FM's diary, meetings, and correspondence, as well as preparing reports, presentations, and financial documents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the FM's diary, meetings, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring follow-up and effective communication.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries.
- Assist with payroll, expense reports, and insurance claims, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Qualifications: Grade 12 (required), Diploma in Office/Business Administration (advantageous).
- Experience: 3-5 years in administrative support, 2-3 years assisting a Finance Manager or similar role, with proven experience in international travel arrangements.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Pastel (preferred), excellent communication in English and Afrikaans.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
