Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist for Directors

About Placement Point: A well-established company based in Montana seeks an experienced administrative support specialist to provide top-notch assistance to its directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and taking messages promptly
  • Take accurate notes during meetings and maintain a high level of organization
  • Assist with daily time management, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively
  • Run errands as requested and perform other administrative duties
  • Plan travel arrangements, coordinate events, and draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Maintain databases, filing systems, and ensure confidentiality at all times
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs with impeccable accuracy

Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience working as an administrative assistant or support specialist
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
