Job Summary:

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Administrative & Secretarial Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our team in Vereeniging. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls

Scheduling meetings and appointments

Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations

Maintaining filing systems

Assisting with special projects

Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar role

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
