• Administer all Accounts effectively.


• Facilitate New Account Applications by directly engaging with customers to ensure efficient completion of requirements.


• Conduct Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) on new accounts, as well as on accounts that are currently active or inactive.


• Proactively manage and handle credit limit increases for accounts nearing their limits.


• Oversee the updating of Quotes.


• Generate Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) on quotes processed.


• Manage reports on lost sales.


• Provide Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) on the conversion rate from inquiries to sales.


• Implement automated reporting through K8.


• Comprehend stock back orders and buyouts.


• Report (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) on stock back orders and buyouts.


• Roll out Marketing projects.


• Conduct Sales Training and Administration.
