We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team at MoToRecruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new vehicles and achieving maximum first and second gross profits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the maximum number of new cars to meet sales targets
  • Achieve maximum first and second gross profits through effective sales strategies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and ensuring return and referral sales
  • Initiate and close deals in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhere to all legal requirements and ensure accurate completion of necessary documentation
  • Network and promote new vehicles to increase sales and customer base
  • Communicate with the Sales Manager to develop innovative sales concepts and improve sales performance
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors and increase market share
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive car sales at a franchise dealership
  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification
  • 3 months of commission sheets/payslips
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong deal-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience with MS Office, Evolve, and Kerridge
  • Social media knowledge and marketing skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reside in the immediate area (a bonus)
