Job Title: New Vehicle Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team at Mototeam (Pty) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Achieve maximum sales of new vehicles, focusing on first and second gross profits.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction aligns with company sales policy, driving return and referral sales.
  • Deal Management: Initiate and close deals efficiently, adhering to all legal requirements and documentation.
  • Networking and Promotion: Network, promote, and ensure activities align with focus on retailing new cars.
  • Communication and Planning: Communicate with the Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base, develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership.
  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, leadership, negotiation, and MS Office, Evolve, Kerridge experience.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and social media knowledge and marketing skills.
