About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Consultant to join our team at Jordan HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SD solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, and obtain sign-off from users for functional and/or technical design documents.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively propose solutions to enhance the support of new business processes.
  • Configuration and Setup: Set up the organization structure for Sales & Distribution processes, perform relevant configuration, and integrate with Materials Management where necessary.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Prepare testing documents, perform internal testing, and ensure the quality of Sales & Distribution templates for various objects.
  • Integration and Interface Management: Understand interfaces, IDOC, and RFC processing, and prepare the cut-over strategy for SD objects.
  • User Support and Training: Prepare user manuals, conduct training for business process owners, and provide go-live preparation and post-go-live support.
  • Operational and Maintenance Support: Receive, troubleshoot, resolve, and close operational and maintenance tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Change Management: Execute required changes through configuration, analyze and resolve production support calls, raise change requests, and write functional specifications.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Update and maintain documentation as existing system functionality changes, and execute according to the Agile Methodology.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant IT or Business Degree
  • Experience: 8 years of experience in SAP SD, with a strong background in Sales and Distribution processes.
