Senior Customer Service and Language Specialist

Black Pen Recruitment presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Greek language professional to join our esteemed client, an award-winning multilingual contact centre based in South Africa.
We are seeking an exceptional individual with native-level fluency in the Greek language to work as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively in both Greek and English, ensuring seamless interactions with international passengers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling travel-related queries, and working on airline reservations systems. A strong understanding of key performance indicators and the ability to meet expected client service levels are essential for this demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R320,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to grow their career in the customer service industry.
This is a full-time permanent position, offering a stable and secure work environment. The job entails 40 hours of work per week, with rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Training will be conducted in office for the first 15 weeks, after which you will have the flexibility to work from home. To ensure business continuity, we require fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line at your own cost, as well as a UPS solution during load shedding.
To qualify for this role, you must possess a permanent residence permit or be a South African ID holder. You should also have a fibre internet connection or a fixed stable ADSL line, as well as a UPS solution during load shedding. Flexibility to work shifts and the ability to adapt to changing situations are essential.
