German Language Customer Service Representative

Job Title: German Language Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled German language customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in German and English languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department in German and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handling voice calls in English and German may include some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
