Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled German language customer service and sales representative to join our team. As a representative of our client, a prestigious airline brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers in German and English languages.
Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and German
- Interact with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
