Italian Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative

Our client is a leading provider of inbound multichannel customer support services across multiple verticals. As a highly skilled and multilingual contact centre specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in Italian and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Italian, including written correspondence
- Interact daily with international passengers, responding to queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
- Work in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Italian language: verbal and written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS solution required during load shedding
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (fully paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
Training will be conducted in office for the first 15 weeks. Working hours will be 40 hours per week, with 8-9 hour shifts per day, rotational shifts, including public holidays as operationally required. Working hours will be sent 2 weeks in advance.
