Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality documents in accordance with client specifications and our quality standards.
  • Adhere to all production processes, including proofreading, to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to timekeeping, payment, and billing.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality production output by adhering to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality criteria.
Requirements:
  • Native fluency in German and English.
