Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business opportunities.
- Prospecting: Reach out to prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to introduce our services and qualify leads.
- Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage and track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Ensure the CRM is updated with accurate and detailed information.
- Email Campaigns: Create and manage targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their recruitment needs and positioning The Legends Agency as their preferred partner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for converting leads into clients.
- Reporting: Analyze and report on lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for lead management and reporting.
- Must have experience with Mailchimp for creating and managing email campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic approaches to client engagement.
- Familiarity with the UK job market and recruitment industry is a plus.
