Soulify, a dynamic engineering company based in Centurion, seeks an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee administrative duties and provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including greeting guests, directing calls, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and schedules with attention to detail and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient work environment.
  • Liaise with suppliers for facility management services, including cleaning, catering, and security.
  • Coordinate cleaning staff and maintain the general office condition, arranging necessary repairs as needed.
  • Assist senior management with tasks such as booking travel arrangements and handling special requests.
  • Process approved orders and manage month-end invoices using Pastel and Sage Intacct.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping principles, with Pastel experience being advantageous.
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment, including printers, copiers, and telephone systems.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

The estimated salary for this role is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
