Feedlot Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Feedlot Operations Coordinator to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating feedlot operations, including administrative tasks, data capturing, and quality control. This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate feedlot operations, including data capture, record-keeping, and quality control
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, batch processing, and checklists
  • Assist with trials in the feedlot, including data collection and analysis
  • Conduct weekly medicine stocktakes and maintain up-to-date records
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including monthly sample analysis for feedstore quality control
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • 2-5 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Strong computer literacy and accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and unsupervised
Benefits:
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday working hours, with one weekend per month
