Job Title: Sub Regional Marketing and Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub Regional Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team at SGS. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to establish our company as the premier provider in the sub region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Brand Management: Lead the development and positioning of our company within the sub region, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, radio, and outdoor media.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring expenditures.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategies, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing and sales.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
