Job Summary:

The National Corporate Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales professionals focused on selling education and training solutions to the business-to-business (B2B) market. This role involves overseeing sales activities locally and nationally, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to improve team members' skills and productivity.
    • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular performance feedback.
    • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes knowledge sharing and effective communication.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential B2B customers locally and nationally.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with industry influencers, associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor sales team performance.
  • Regularly analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and ensure accurate pipeline management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
