We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at HR Genie in Pretoria.

Salary

R 80,000 - R 100,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or individual looking to gain experience in a fast-paced administrative environment. As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members by:

  • Managing Diaries: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, including reminders of important dates and events.
  • Screening Calls: Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Preparing Correspondence: Typing and preparing correspondence, documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinating Travel: Booking travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries.
  • Organizing Events: Assisting with the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and other events.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Grade 12 (Matric): A completed high school certificate.
  • National Diploma or Degree: Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field.
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
  • No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is necessary.
