We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at HR Genie in Pretoria.
SalaryR 80,000 - R 100,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or individual looking to gain experience in a fast-paced administrative environment. As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members by:
- Managing Diaries: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, including reminders of important dates and events.
- Screening Calls: Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
- Preparing Correspondence: Typing and preparing correspondence, documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating Travel: Booking travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries.
- Organizing Events: Assisting with the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and other events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Grade 12 (Matric): A completed high school certificate.
- National Diploma or Degree: Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is necessary.
