Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that aligns with our business objectives and B-BBEE requirements.
- Coordinate and manage inputs and outputs for our Learning and Development program, including policy implementation and annual planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of our Learning and Development program on our overall business B-BBEE scorecards, highlighting major risks, concerns, strategies, and action plans to our B-BBEE Management.
- Drive Learning and Development compliance in the context of B-BBEE, Skills Development, and Skills Development Levies Act across our business, providing guidance and education to internal stakeholders.
- Represent our organization at relevant industry events, as required.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and developments in B-BBEE, Skills Development, and Skills Development Levies legislation and regulations.
- Manage our relationship with the B-BBEE Verification Agency and collaborate with our B-BBEE team on auditing and reviewing data for our Annual B-BBEE Audit.
- Manage internal reporting, including monthly B-BBEE scorecards, and analyze monthly B-BBEE data reports, making recommendations or initiating corrective actions.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrable experience as a senior leader and/or senior Learning and Development Professional.
- Demonstrable experience as a senior leader and/or senior Learning and Development Professional with referenceable customers who are JSE listed and/or multinational organizations.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience on B-BBEE legislation, including DTIC Codes of Good Practice, The Amended ICT Sector Codes, and/or the Amended Financial Sector Scorecard.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience on Skills Development and Skills Development Levies legislation, including preparation of and submission of Workplace Skills Plans, Annual Training Reports, and Pivotal Reports to relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities annually.
- Demonstrable ability to draft and present detailed reports, policies, and manage the B-BBEE verification process.
- Superior technical expertise in the interpretation and application of B-BBEE legislation, including all elements of the Amended ICT Sector Codes.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing learning and development programs in the context of economic transformation.
- Demonstrable evidence of an ability to collaborate with technical teams to develop, deliver, and maintain a transformation Management Information Systems.
- Demonstrable experience working with senior leaders in global operations while managing multiple and simultaneous competing priorities.
