Job Summary:

The Shopper Development Manager is responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between Colgate-Palmolive and customers by aligning strategies and implementing shopper-based solutions to drive category growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver category knowledge and insights to customers
  • Identify business challenges and develop solutions
  • Develop and implement shopper programs
  • Recommend customer differentiation opportunities
  • Monitor and report on shopper program ROI
  • Translate insights into category strategies and solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment
