About the Program

Colgate-Palmolive South Africa is offering a unique opportunity for early career graduates to join our commercial functions as a Commercial Trainee through our Emerging Leaders Graduate Program. This 24-month program provides a comprehensive development experience, including job rotations and project assignments, to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in job rotations and project assignments to gain hands-on experience in our commercial functions.
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive category growth and consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support brand growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum B.Com degree or honors in Strategic Marketing, Management, or related studies.
  • 0-2 years of working experience in a commercial or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
