About the Program

Colgate-Palmolive South Africa is offering a unique opportunity for early career graduates to start their development journey in our commercial functions. The Emerging Leaders Graduate Program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience through job rotations and project assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain learning experience in commercial functions such as Customer Development, Customer Service & Logistics, and Marketing.
  • Participate in job rotations and project assignments to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to category growth and building stronger consumer engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum B.Com Degree or Honors in Strategic Marketing/ Management /Business Management or related studies.
  • 0-2 years of working experience.
  • Possess analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Numerate with good attention to detail.
  • Result-focused with strong leadership, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
