About the Role

This leadership position requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing high-performing teams. As a Cards Customer Service Team Leader at Telebest, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improving revenue and increasing market share.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address any issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 12 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of success in managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
