About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving KPI targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a customer-focused service
  • To manage any customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion
  • To respond to all contacts from both internal and external customers
  • To accurately capture data and enter it onto the relevant systems
  • To support the Team Leader by mentoring and supporting team members


What You'll Need:

The ideal candidate will have:



  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
