About the Role

The Regional Portfolio Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and development in a specified region. This involves managing a team of consultants to achieve key outcomes, including sales targets and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a diverse team of consultants to maximize their outputs and reach performance targets.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in the region.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including product houses and external partners.
  • Mobilize and motivate consultants through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Sustain high-performance culture by setting performance standards and developing growth strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BCom degree in Investment Management, Financial Planning, or Business Management.
  • Honours degree is an advantage.
  • CFA and/or CFP is an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of investment industry and Momentum Investment products.
