Medical Sales Specialist

**Job Title:** Doctor Liaison and Sales Consultant

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote and sell medical bureau services and COID assistance. This role involves building relationships with doctors and medical practices, providing expert advice on exempted funding options, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Outreach: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and engage potential clients (doctors and medical practices).
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.
- Consultation Services: Advise clients on exempted funding options and COID processes to help them navigate complex funding and compliance issues.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of the company's services.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales data.
- Client Training: Provide initial training and onboarding for clients on the company's services and COID-related processes.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector. Experience with Compensation for Occupational Injuries And Diseases processes is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex processes in an understandable way.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Adaptable to changing industry regulations and company strategies.
