Purpose of the Job

This role involves providing specialist Human Resource support to stakeholders by facilitating sound labor relations within the company. The successful candidate will assist in formulating HR Policies, processing recruitment, selection, placement, and onboarding of staff, and promoting a safe and inclusive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate recruitment process, advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, interviewing, placing, and onboarding;
  • Give feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates;
  • Drafting and sending offer letters and contracts;
  • Create a new starter profile on the HRIS;
  • Advising managers on recruitment practices;
  • Drafting of contracts and annexures;
  • Conducting criminal and reference checks on LexisNexis;
  • Provide new starter details to payroll;
  • Submit transport request for new starters;
  • Liaise with Chapter2 for external recruitment inline the internal practice;
  • Facilitate and conduct induction;
  • Draft annexures for internal appointments;
