Channel Sales Director

SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Director to drive business growth and lead the Franchise Channel in delivering exceptional sales performance.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to grow revenue across the product stack, ensuring monthly sales budgets, targets, and goals are met or exceeded.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Develop and execute plans to drive sales revenue growth from both current and new customers, with a focus on building strong relationships with internal teams, Franchise Holders, customers, service providers, and OEMs.
- Profitability: Analyze and grow profitability within assigned Franchise portfolios, ensuring Franchises are aware of and fully utilizing all initiatives, drives, and systems to maximize their benefits.
- Strategic Leadership: Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance risk with business decisions.
- Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with executives, sales, finance, marketing, product, HR, service delivery, IT, and project office teams.
- Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Matric, Business diploma or equivalent qualification (advantageous), 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of the ICT environment.
- Skills: Self-driven, innovative, team-oriented, and motivated, with a strong attention to detail and accountability.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
