Key Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to recipes and quality specifications to ensure consistency and excellence

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar food production environment
  • Pastry qualification advantageous
  • Excellent baking and pastry making skills, including the ability to innovate and develop new products
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience supervising and training staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP protocols
  • Own transport and valid driver's license - essential
