**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled Italian Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our client's team in Limpopo, South Africa. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers across various work streams, handling voice calls, and meeting specific key performance indicators.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department in Italian and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Italian, including some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels in a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment
**Requirements**
- Native level fluency in Italian language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (must be fixed line internet)
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Probation period: 4 months
