Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Setting up and configuring Office 365 accounts, firewalls, and network security measures.
  • Managing permissions in Active Directory and Office 365, as well as Active Directory group policy management.
  • Configuring and managing managed services platforms, such as N-Able.
  • Managing WiFi Access Points and routers for data and voice services.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with Office 365, firewalls, and network security.
  • Strong soft skills, including user relationship management, account relationship management, and project management.
  • A driver's license and a valid passport.
