Job Title: Key Accounts Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our team at Emporium Human Capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and providing technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage a team of 4-6 sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Provide technical support to clients, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Area or Team Manager, leading a team to achieve sales targets.
- Proven experience in the electronic B2B space, selling to multiple dealers/resellers.
- Business development and key account management experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in security distributors, electrical wholesalers, or ICT distributors.
- Affinity for technical products and solutions.
