Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist
Location: Johannesburg, Jet Park, East Rand
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at Finding Personnel (Pty) Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the financial operations of multiple business units within the group.
About the Role:This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced finance professional to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial initiatives to optimise efficiency and profitability across all group entities.
Responsibilities:- Analyse and interpret complex financial data to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with organisational goals
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain awareness of market trends and regulatory changes that impact our financial operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term financial strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial role
- Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of R90,000 - R110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include opportunities for career growth and development, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and recognition for outstanding performance.
