Business Development Opportunity
Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and develop strategic partnerships within the steel industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, growing the company's footprint, and overseeing a data-driven approach to pricing and product portfolio decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Grow the company's presence in new markets, regions, and products.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with major consumers of flat steel products.
- Acquire and process market information to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead a sales team in executing the company's sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an engineering or technical degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, with previous company-wide commercial sales and marketing responsibility within the steel industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and implementing successful commercial sales strategies.
- Superior proficiency in using Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent knowledge of electronic marketing and lead generation tools.
Remuneration:
- R1,000,000 to R1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
