Senior Data Management Specialist

Job Profile
Main ObjectivesTo ensure the provision of an effective and efficient management and administrative support in the Data Processing Unit.
The Requirements- Grade 12 plus approximately 4 years relevant experience where such experience includes:
- Previous experience in a computerised administrative environment where it was a key job requirement to pay attention to detail and check his/her own work
- At least one year's supervision experience and/or be in possession of an RU Supervision Certificate
- Previous experience in a service type environment where client service is key

Selection ProcessThe selection process that will be followed for this post will include an assessment and/or presentation and an interview.

Remuneration per annum (Grade 10): Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R330 178 Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R448 473

This post is advertised as a permanent post, but the University may opt to appoint on a fixed-term contract of not less than three years.
The University reserves the right not to proceed with the filling of the post.
