About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure services group, you will be responsible for delivering managed services to clients ensuring their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor work queues to identify potential issues before they impact clients.
  • Perform operational tasks to resolve incidents and requests in a timely manner within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles to improve incident resolution efficiency.
  • Analyze trends and optimize processes to reduce ticket volumes and improve client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-leading technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications relevant to the services provided, such as HPE Synergy administration, VMware Data Centre Virtualization, or Microsoft Certified: MCP.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, handling cross-technology infrastructure, with moderate knowledge of ticketing tools like Service Now or JIRA, and ITIL processes.
