Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales, marketing and financial information databases and reports. You will work closely with our finance team to assist in the development and maintenance of information intelligence over all aspects of the business.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and hospitality reservation systems such as NEBULA, APEX, OPERA, and ERES.
- Ability to collect and generate intelligence from multiple sources.
- Basic bookkeeping requirements as support for the finance team.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary negotiable within reason and dependent on experience and qualifications, as well as 5% Provident and Medical aid for individual only. Estimated salary: R180,000 - R220,000 per annum.
