Job Description

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support our Home Manager with a range of reception, administrative and basic finance activities. As the first point of contact for enquiries, you will demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to all those who visit, live and work in our homes.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all our visitors follow infection control rules and take the lead on coordinating testing requirements, organising couriers and associated tasks.

Event Planning

You will assist with planning and managing events in the home, including celebrating residents' milestone birthdays, fetes, employee presentations or other activities planned by our Activities Coordinator.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
