Job Summary: As a Creative Studio Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality output. You will be responsible for managing studio activities, coordinating projects, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Studio Operations: Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management to ensure efficient workflow and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Develop and implement studio policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and procurement of supplies and resources as needed.

Project Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth project execution from inception to completion.

Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and other studio personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and career growth.

Inter Departmental Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our studio's work. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and analyses for the Chief Marketing Officer, providing insights into the studio's outputs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in studio management or production management within the creative industry.
  • Experience in i-gaming and digital marketing, website UX/UI optimization, and working on multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp, and knowledge of industry-standard software and tools used in creative production.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
