Job Title: Direct Business Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Direct Business Sales Consultant to join our team at Oxyon People Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide solutions to clients to meet their business needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (NQF 6 advantageous).
  • FAIS accreditation advantageous.
  • E5 accreditation advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Relevant business development experience will be an advantage.
  • Own transport and valid driver's license.
