Business Development Consultant

Allmed Healthcare Professionals is seeking a skilled Business Sales Consultant to expand our presence in the frail care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with frail care homes and introduce our services.
- Deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with us.
- Collaborate with management to create and present tailored quotes to clients, negotiating terms where necessary.
- Follow up on client interactions and ensure consistent engagement.
- Promote the company to healthcare professionals and operational staff.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their ongoing partnership with us.
- Provide weekly feedback and performance reports on field activities.
- Gather and analyze competitor insights to aid strategic planning.
- Oversee business growth from new opportunities while ensuring existing clients satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
Requirements:
- Matric or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and sales, ideally in the healthcare or TES industry.
- Strong business development, account planning, and partnership management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (essential).

Working Hours:
08h00 17h00 (Monday to Friday). Overtime may be required.
