Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our dynamic team at The Bay Hotel in Camps Bay. This role involves providing seamless spa and salon wellness experiences for guests while supporting the overall operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for spa guests;
  • Serving as the first point of contact upon arrival and last point of contact upon departure;
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with guests through warm interactions and personalized recommendations;
  • Registering new guests, receiving payments, and issuing invoices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent;
  • Experience working as a Spa Host/Receptionist in a spa/wellness center;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ESP;
  • Knowledge of Opera cloud software (advantageous).

Salary Estimate

Ranging from ZAR 20,000 - ZAR 30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
