We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Host Coordinator to join our team at The Legends Agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious setting that values wellness and employee development.

Estimated Salary: R150,000 - R200,000 per annum

Job Description

The Spa Host Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a seamless spa and salon experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and Welcome: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere as they enter the spa.
  • Guest Experience Management: Ensure that every guest interaction is positive, offering tips on the best products and services to meet their needs.
  • Transaction Handling: Register new guests, process payments for services, and issue invoices while maintaining accurate records of business transactions.
  • Spa Operations Support: Assist in the smooth operation of the spa by coordinating appointments and managing schedules effectively.
  • Maintaining Professionalism: Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

In order to succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Spa Host or Receptionist in a Spa or Wellness Centre is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with ESP systems; knowledge of Opera Cloud is extremely advantageous.
