We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at Miranda Forrester Spa & Beauty Placements.

 

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our spa operations. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct spa tours to introduce guests to our facilities and services.
  • Digital communication with guests through email, phone, or other means to ensure their needs are met.
  • Greet and prepare guests for their scheduled appointments, providing them with necessary information and support.
  • Attend to any queries or concerns guests may have in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Operate incoming calls, emails, or walk-ins from guests, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate records and timely payment processing.

 

Requirements:
  1. Must have experience working as a receptionist in a spa or salon setting.
  2. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  3. Be proficient in computer software, including booking systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Demonstrate a keen understanding of the spa industry and its terminology, enabling effective communication with clients about treatments and services.
  5. Showcase exceptional guest relations skills, consistently delivering a high standard of service that meets our company's expectations.

Working Conditions:
