Hiring for a dynamic Office Manager to oversee efficient operations at the Head Office of Curiska (Pty) Ltd. Key responsibilities include:

Office Systems and Maintenance:

Design and maintain office systems to ensure seamless operations.

Procurement and Logistics:

Manage procurement of groceries, stationery, and equipment, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.

Staff Supervision and Support:

Supervise reception, cleaning, and logistics staff, and assist in employee recruitment and onboarding.

IT and Administration:

Manage IT assets, resolve IT issues, and administer the office budget, liaising with Finance on project budgets.

Events and Logistics:

Coordinate events, workshops, and conferences, and handle logistics and bookings for flights, shuttles, and accommodations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Requirements include a degree, diploma, or equivalent in Business, Administration, or Project Management, with a minimum of four years' experience in a comparable role.

Strong written and verbal English skills are essential, with knowledge of local languages preferred.
